Description:
It is possible to crash the TFTP service by sending a UDP datagram of more than 8193 bytes.
Solution:
We are not aware of updates to this issue.
TFTP should not be running on devices accessible by the public, TFTP is usually used to store images and configurations for diskless devices like switches and routers, thus TFTP services often store confidential data also TFTP is in general considered insecure.
